My nose tip was too bulbous, so I looked around and the doctor here communicated with me the best. He said it seemed fine to just do the nose tip, so I had surgery right away. But the bridge and the tip don't match. Maybe it's because I only did the tip, so it might be unavoidable, but when you look from the front, only the tip looks sharply rotated, so I'll get revision surgery... somewhere else
