Every time I went, it was a man who treated me, so I don’t know his name well, but the manager explained things to me in detail while looking at my face. I got the 3-session set, and it stings a bit. There was a noticeable brightening effect. I was told it works better if you get it while dieting, so I did it alongside dieting.
