The doctor was the type to speak his mind honestly. He didn’t recommend surgery for me. I liked that there was less of a commercial feel and that he was honest. The disappointing part was that maybe because he had already reached his own conclusion, he gave rather superficial answers to my questions. I had gone there because I was thinking about major surgery anyway, but he also tried to end the consultation quickly, so I didn’t feel very good about it. As for the consultation manager, they gave clear answers only about the consultation process and the things I was curious about, and there was no pressure to have surgery or anything like that, which I liked.
