I had almost no wait, and the consultation manager was the one who consulted with me. I liked that there were no excessive demands or recommendations during the consultation, and they were kind. They took photos and then the director started the procedure. I lay down, got an ice pack to cool the area before the procedure, and the Botox was injected in divided doses. It only hurt like a pinch, and it was nice! Thank you.
