The doctor explained things very kindly. On top of that, the manager also talked about all sorts of precautions, the honest pros and cons after surgery, and how to manage things, so there was a lot of information to take in and it was a bit overwhelming. Still, that probably means they're handling things professionally. The consultation was satisfying, so I'm thinking about whether to have the surgery.
