Hmm, the downside was that the doctor didn't really seem to think much about what kind of head shape is beautiful. It was more like, 'Patients all have severe head-shape complexes, so if we fill the back of the head with bone cement, they get very happy.' My back of head isn't all that flat, so I wasn't sure, but because patients are happy, I do my best to operate for them~.~ Something like that. So everything was good, but hmm, it felt like there was a lack of understanding of what makes a beautiful head shape? I observe this a lot, so I can explain very specifically what kind of head shape is pretty (for example, the back of the head from the forehead to the crown should be long, level, and flat so that whether you tie your hair up or wear it down, it can look elegant and pretty), but this person seemed to just fill it and stop.. When I asked whether I could have some input on the design, they said no, so honestly it felt like I should just take whatever they give me.ㅠ It's my own back of head, but they wouldn't even really listen to the shape I wanted. There were two people consulting me, and at first the kind staff member was incredibly kind and meticulous, but that person seemed like the doctor's assistant, and once the main doctor came in, the consultation became kind of.... not really warmly kind and not so bad that I felt awful, but it felt like they didn't listen well? Anyway, I managed to explain that my back of head is like this and that I didn't like it by holding them back.. Of course they are good staff and if the doctor does the surgery honestly that's fine, but I still wanted to note the parts I felt were lacking.
