I went for a consultation with a doctor who is famous on YouTube for under-eye fat removal. It is hard even to get a consultation appointment, and surgery seems to require at least a 4-month wait. The doctor is firm about why removal should be done instead of repositioning, so if your opinion matches his, you will probably be satisfied with surgery here. I heard many people come here after having repositioning or skin treatments elsewhere and then getting under-eye revision surgery here. They do not perform other surgeries at the same time. About 2 surgeries per day. Consultation fee: 10,000 won (I saw someone leave after having surgery during my consultation, and the surgery really seemed to go well;;)
