The consultation with the director was good, and it felt like he explained everything well...? But then I thought, after putting on BB cream..? there will be surgery later, right? The clinic is cramped and the facilities are old-fashioned, but I'm not the type to care much about that, so whatever... All the staff are rude, and especially the consultation manager? The director's wife maybe...? She was rude and gave off such a cheap vibe..? I don't get why they compare themselves while mentioning other clinics lol. Still, I think they're good at head shape. I didn't get told about the consultation fee in advance, but they do charge it.
