They were very confident about facial contouring, so facial contouring definitely seems to have turned out reasonably well. But after some time, sagging is unavoidable. The nose surgery was a bit of a problem. They used ear cartilage and recommended slightly raising it, but my nose ended up more crooked than I expected, so I'm dissatisfied with that part.
