I am writing this review after visiting other hospitals and letting some time pass, in order to be as objective as possible. This was the first hospital I visited, and they eased the situation with a friendly conversation. I was nervous because it was my first examination, and while examining me, they said it was a deformity and that there were black holes that should not be visible. As a first-time patient, hearing that created a frightening atmosphere, and that was how I felt. After changing clothes, we continued with a detailed consultation, and suddenly they started talking about my personality, saying that my friends around me would probably not want to hear stories about my bad personality and would say things even if they were there. Then they said they also have 1,000 bad points themselves and would probably only be able to talk about one of them. After the examination, I asked what should be done since the result was like this, and when they heard that, they said that thought was the problem and kept saying various things. By that point, I had a lot on my mind and felt extremely bad. They were creating that atmosphere with things like my personality and other matters that had nothing to do with the examination or with people I know! So I said I had understood everything and that they could say all the bad points because I wouldn't mind hearing them, and the reply was that they had another appointment later and couldn't do that, and that if I went to other hospitals I would be the type to get swayed here and there, and that other hospitals would only check the appearance and would not know the cause or solve it like they would. If I was going to have surgery at another hospital, it couldn't be helped, and they spoke in a way that was basically telling me to handle it myself. The consultation ended with me having received an examination, hearing only how bad it was, and not hearing a single solution. Of course, I did come away thinking I should get a more detailed examination somewhere else. I had received many procedures and consultations while looking at Gangnam Unni, but I never want to visit again. This is also the first time I have left a review like this. Since it was a sensitive surgery for me, I chose a place that was kind and had good reviews, but I don't know if it was only like this for me, yet I really regret it. After visiting other hospitals as well, the conclusion was that, externally, it is absolutely not a deformity. (This is the personal opinion of the doctors.) If you visit this hospital, bring a recorder. I thought afterward that I should have recorded it. I was also flustered at the time, so this writing is quite messy. Anyway, if you plan to go, please keep this in mind! Ah! The one good thing was that the counter staff were very kind! It is also close to the station!
