When I first came to the hospital, I liked that it was spacious and clean. While I was waiting, they asked if I needed anything, and overall I liked that I could feel how much they paid attention to each patient one by one. And in the consultation room, I liked that the doctor spoke very honestly and plainly. Instead of saying do this, do that, he explained well that if I had this surgery, the result would probably not be dramatic, and my face would only become softer. He explained the effects of the surgery well and also explained well why the surgery was necessary, which I appreciated.
