I got consultations for philtrum revision surgery and nose revision surgery. Because of a scar on my philtrum, they said we should cut about 2 mm again and suture it. They also said the alar sides were pulled down too much, so they should be sutured again, and that the bridge should be lowered and the chin area of the nose should be made. About the nasal osteotomy, they said that if you only look at the nose itself, it would be better to do it, but for facial harmony, it would be better not to. They told me to choose, so ㅠㅠ But they said all of this would be possible without scarring, and I wanted to do it, but the price was insanely high lol and it was a price I couldn't negotiate, .. so I just quietly left. Everyone was kind and nice.
