In 2024, I saw this place on Gangnam Unnie and chose an event clinic because it was cheap, but it completely failed. The skin between my nose and upper lip disappeared, there were spike-like scars left, and I deeply regret having surgery because it was cheap at 1.5 million won. My philtrum length stayed the same, but I was left with severe scarring under the nose, so I became reluctant to go out and meet people. In the end, I spent two years looking into revision surgery and comparing things really hard. I checked the scars, how much it would be reduced, the nose-to-upper-lip distance, and the nasolabial angle, even how it would change. Here, they make the incision inside the nostrils, so the scar concern was almost none, which was the biggest reason. They also remove the existing under-nose scar at the same time, and I liked that the cost was included. During the consultation, they didn’t pressure me for a deposit or push me too much, so it felt comfortable and good. When I had the philtrum revision at Lithmus, they removed the existing scar and shortened the length too. There was no stiffness around the lips and it looked natural, so I’m really satisfied, and I keep thinking I should have come here from the start, my empty wallet
