Like another person below wrote, the staff don't really seem kind or anything like that. It feels kind of cold and chilly? I didn't feel any kindness. The doctor is also the type to say only exactly what needs to be said. But the explanations from the counselor and the doctor were different, and that made me lose some trust there. The counselor even said the opposite of the doctor, so the professionalism... hmm. Well, as long as the doctor says the right thing.
