I had surgery here and was very satisfied. First of all, an older sister I know had surgery at a clinic famous for philtrum surgery because her philtrum was too long, but even after several months the scar was still very severe and couldn’t be hidden with makeup, so I had watched how badly stressed she was even though the surgery itself went well. Also, because my skin tends to form keloids, I was only looking into philtrum surgery options with no visible scar. It would be a lie to say I can’t see the scar at all, but except for one friend whom I personally told that I had surgery, other people don’t notice it well.
