I went for a consultation about philtrum-nose surgery, for a nose surgery twice and philtrum reduction once, and when I said the scar tissue near the nasal column was severe, they said they could remove the scar tissue. But when I said I was still worried because my nostrils are already a bit 11-shaped and the philtrum surgery also cut away the lower nasal side tissue, I was told that the lower nasal side tissue did not disappear because of the philtrum reduction, and that it was originally shaped that way. I'm still thinking about it, but I don't think I'll do it here. The price is way too unreasonable ㅜ
