I could feel that the doctor was highly professional, and it didn't feel like he was just glancing over things; it felt like he was checking carefully and really researching how to reduce the scar even more. I didn't really get the sense that the staff were especially kind. I'm planning to think a bit more about philtrum reduction, and even if I do it, I need to consider more whether I'll do it here.
