I only wanted to reduce my philtrum, but they kept pushing nose-tip surgery, which I didn't like. Still, the big advantage is that they can do it without leaving a philtrum scar. The doctor was kind and seemed like he would reflect my opinion to some extent, but the manager kept pushing nose-tip surgery like crazy. I'm not sure about the price because I haven't been to other clinics, but it seems expensive.
