I went for a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, and first I had a long consultation with the manager, then a brief consultation with the director. The manager seems to explain things well. The consultation with the director was just a few words summarizing what the manager had said, and to put it positively, he has charisma. He has a charisma that makes it hard to speak up, so it was difficult to express my opinion.
