When I made the reservation by phone before the consultation, I was told there was no separate consultation fee, so I visited. I went at the scheduled consultation time, but while I was waiting, the staff were openly swearing and talking shit in front of the customers, laughing and chatting among themselves, which already left me with a bad first impression. When I was consulting with the manager, it was my very first plastic surgery consultation, so I asked carefully and tried to confirm everything, but she laughed at me and said, "Are you always this meticulous?" as if I were being excessive, which left me unimpressed for a second time. I was consulting with the doctor about arm surgery, but the doctor looked at my body and said I was just a lump of fat like a pig, and without my consent pulled my panties down to my hips and said my love handles were bad, that I needed treatment there too, and that my belly fat was bad. I had gone there for arm consultation, but touching and evaluating my body without consent made me feel bad and angry for the third time. Finally, after the consultation, I went to the counter and asked, "Since the consultation is over, is there anything else I need to do?" The staff exchanged looks, seemed to read each other's faces, and then said, "Yes~ the consultation fee is 20,000 won.".. They hadn't properly consulted me at all, didn't even measure my InBody, and I was given a careless 20-minute consultation, yet they had even said that day that there was no consultation fee, and then suddenly, after looking at each other, demanded one. I felt terrible for the fourth time. I was 21 at the time I went for the consultation, and I don't know if it was because of my age, but I felt so disrespected. After that I had surgery at another hospital and it went well. Also, during the consultation, not only the manager but the doctor too were bashing other hospitals harshly, which was not pleasant to see. There was not even a hint of exaggeration. I'm not usually the type to interpret things negatively, and I'm someone who thinks good things are good, but honestly, I don't know about the surgery here, but in terms of attitude this place was really bad.
