There was pressure to make a reservation. The director was kind and explained everything well. They seem to like dramatic results and wanted to reduce a lot. I told them I'd contact them if I ended up doing it here and not to call me, but they called again the next day after the consultation, and even during the consultation they pressured me to decide on a date within today or tomorrow. So I ended up doing it somewhere else!
