I went in for a double eyelid surgery consultation, and I barely said anything while sitting in the consultation room, but the doctor looked straight at my eyes, drew a sketch, and kept explaining what the problem was and what should be done. Listening to him, I thought, as expected from someone who has been doing this for a long time, he really knows everything even without me having to say much..
