I had a consultation and it was fine. I visited as part of my hospital scouting, and the wait wasn’t as long as I expected, and the director was kind too. I was worried about nose surgery, but after reading app reviews I visited because it seemed similar to the line I prefer, and the consultation was decent, though I still haven’t decided.
