I went there over ten years ago to get revision surgery for eyes that had awkwardly turned harsh. They clearly told me what was possible and what wasn't, and they pursue a natural look. After the revision surgery, even opening my eyes became much more comfortable and they became much more natural. Since it was revision surgery, the line isn't perfectly clean and there isn't no scarring, but even though it's been 5 years since the surgery, I'm living well without complaints ^^
