The manager who handled the consultation and the director were both incredibly kind. They brought up things that seemed necessary from the patient's point of view first, and they also mentioned points of concern first. They do suggest other areas, but they don't force it, and it feels like they really value the patient's wishes. That said, the building looks too old, and the interior also feels dated, so it doesn't really fit with a hospital that pursues beauty.
