The director explained things with expertise, but the feeling wasn't especially kind. The facilities feel a bit old, but they're clean, so that's fine. The front desk staff didn't feel friendly, and to put it mildly, they made the patient feel awkward.. Even if the doctor was good, the staff's attitude actually made it feel like a minus.
