I had a consultation with the director first, then a consultation with the manager. But the manager really only seemed to tell me the price, and we didn’t talk about the surgery with the manager. The staff were kind, and the director answered everything whenever I asked about something. But since this was my first clinic for revision surgery, I could only ask a few questions They did push for same-day booking a bit, and the deposit had to be 10 percent, but if you don’t go through with the surgery, it doesn’t get refunded, which bothered me a little, so I didn’t book that day. They said I could use the deposit for other skin procedures if I didn’t want a refund, but the procedures they offered weren’t really meaningful to me. I think I’ll think about it after visiting all the other clinics.
