This is a 3-month review after surgery. I told them I wanted a definite in-out line with just a slight gap at the inner corner of the eyes, and it came out exactly that way. During surgery, they said one eye had more ptosis than the other, so it would be better to add a bit more eye correction, and adjusting both eyes to match made me feel like they were really doing the surgery properly? When I came in for the consultation, they explained that because this method wasn't an incision method, it wasn't completely scar-free like buried sutures, but I accepted that and had the surgery. Still, my scar has almost disappeared, so it feels like a huge win... A few of the people below mentioned scars after surgery, so I was surprised to read that. My skin heals well, but I do think revision eye surgery is definitely affected by the previous surgery, like scar tissue and scarring. Right now my eyes feel more solid and lively than buried sutures. They feel clearly different from buried sutures, but I don't know how else to describe it; haha.
