I went to the hospital because of my mom's drooping eyes. The director consulted very kindly and in detail. They did not give an overly aggressive cosmetic diagnosis, which put me at ease and made me trust them first. The consultation manager also answered based on what the patient was curious about rather than talking about surgery costs first, which I liked. *This hospital is a private clinic with just one director.
