They didn’t take photos; the doctor personally examined my face here and there, checked the condition by touching it, then explained it with drawings. Easy to understand, and they didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery. Rather than saying, like the hospitals I had marked as top priority, that everything would definitely go well, they spoke realistically about what could actually be improved. They operate without ads or events, and the doctor spends more time on the consultation than the manager, so I felt at ease
