I went because they said it was a hospital with no ads, and I trusted it because it was a one-doctor clinic specializing in lower blepharoplasty. They drew things out to explain why under-eye fat appears and how the surgery would be done. I thought I had hollowness and would need fat grafting, but they said I didn't need it and asked whether another clinic had recommended grafting; when I said no, they said that was a relief. They don't seem to like fat grafting. They said they would do the surgery using the EZT con method, but there was a difference from the regular lower blepharoplasty prices I saw on other blogs, and compared with other clinics it was expensive, so I just went for a consultation and left.
