Nothing else matters. If the main way you make money is cutting the brow bone, wouldn't it make sense to have at least an X-ray machine on hand? You're making money from brow bone reduction, yet you judge how much of that surgery can be done by looking at X-rays, and then you tell patients to go elsewhere and pay to get them taken. Isn't that too much? There is no basic consideration for surgical patients.
