The in-person consultation itself went smoothly! I had already made up my mind because I thought they were the best fit, but when I asked in detail by phone about the surgery method, they wouldn't tell me. What I asked was whether a platysma resection would be included (another hospital said it would be resected). When I asked that, they said something like, "Isn't the result more important than the process? We can't tell you the details," and on top of that, it was obvious they were annoyed by my questions, so I decided to stop at the consultation
