Hmm, the consultation with the surgeon was good, I think they understood my face properly. But the consultation time was a bit short, and they seemed rushed. The consultation manager wasn't kind, just sort of... that kind of feeling. This was the place I liked the most before I went around and got consultations everywhere else.
