They briefly explained which threads they'd use and why, but at other hospitals I had gone to, even when I heard those explanations, they would just say the director would choose the threads anyway, and I couldn't tell what kind of threads they were. Here, at least the manager explained things well. The director didn't feel like he explained things very thoroughly or at length, but he was firm about what could and couldn't be done. The price was also exactly the same as what was listed on the website and app, so I trusted them even more. I had planned to visit one more place, but I just made an appointment to get the procedure done here and left. Ugh, I'm nervous ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
