I had a consultation, and they said there was almost no fat to remove (3 cc), so they recommended against it. I was really grateful that they told me honestly. For other areas too, they only recommended things like vascular Botox or injections, and didn't push me hard. The manager also didn't make any separate sales pitch, just explained things.
