I saw a lot of reviews saying it didn't hurt, and it really didn't hurt. I had it under sedation anesthesia, so I felt no pain at all. There's just a slight bruise under my chin, but it's not very visible so it doesn't bother me. They say the effect will get better as time passes, so I'm looking forward to that. So far there's no discomfort.
