The director was so kind that it did raise my expectations for the surgery. And during the consultation too, they said there was no need to do the lateral canthoplasty and that making the line longer would be enough, so I liked that they don't do unnecessary procedures. But the way the staff spoke seemed like the kind of tone that could hurt people's feelings
