The consultation was kind and the staff seemed very responsible, which gave me trust. However, the facility is old and there is no elevator, so going up on foot was fine, but coming down after surgery seems dangerous.. There is no consultation system at all, and the doctor handles everything, including the consultation and line marking. When you come out after the consultation, they seem busy pushing the patient out in one second while you are still standing at the counter...? The manager just explains the cost and schedule and says to call later, and that’s it. Standing there while listening made it hard to focus, and it felt like I had to leave quickly..?
