This was a revision case where I consulted with Director Kim Chang-yun at the hospital before he opened Siwon Plastic Surgery and had the surgery done. He’s now famous for canthoplasty reversal, but back then it was when he first started promoting posterior lower canthoplasty, and I had that done together with double eyelid surgery. He pursued natural results and paid a lot of attention to keeping things not overdone, safe, and minimizing side effects. He explained calmly how the result could be improved in the most reasonable and attractive way for my face, and also took my own wishes into account when operating, so I’ve been satisfied with my eyes ever since. I’ve consulted at many places, but I’d never met anyone who thinks of the patient this much. I’m very satisfied with both the result and the consultation and surgery, though it varies case by case. I understand now what people mean when they say the doctor really shapes the patient too. If you want something natural, like almost not done at all, I think this would suit you well.
