I had a facelift around April, and the swelling was hard to deal with, but other than that it was tolerable~ As the swelling went down, the two sides became a little asymmetric, so I asked the hospital, and they said there are many patients like that and everything will return over time~ They reassured me that they'd never done a revision surgery before~ Everything else healed well without any issues~~ It's a hospital that takes good care of you after surgery, so I feel a bit relieved~
