Yesterday I went to consult at several places, and most of them had managers who just answered like machines and handled everything in a factory-like way, but here I could feel that they were treating each patient sincerely. They spoke in a very calm and reassuring tone.. The doctor also didn't seem rushed at all, and when I mentioned another place and another method (the one I had consulted about before), they said there was no need to do that and that we shouldn't do unnecessary surgery, and they also explained various possible side effects. Very thorough. They also said they would check my progress 3 times? and provide care too.
