A place that many older people come to through word of mouth. It's a bit like a market, very crowded. There were so many customers that it felt almost factory-like, and the staff looked tired from dealing with so many people.. I went there through an acquaintance's introduction, but the consultation manager told us what procedure that person had had, so it didn't seem like there was any confidentiality about patients, which was a little shocking.. I didn't even consult with a doctor. The consultation manager's mindset was basically just, it's a procedure, so try it and if it doesn't work, try something else. I still don't understand why there are so many customers, but I guess I'll have to wait and see how the procedure works.
