It feels like they really only tell you exactly what is necessary. They told me clearly when something couldn't be done. I liked that their pursuit of natural results matched mine. They said they would do one scar laser session and perform the procedure with local anesthesia after 5 minutes of sedation. I'm still young, and if it loosens later, I'm prepared for revision surgery, so I'm currently deliberating about the incision part. I think this clinic would suit people who want an incision and people who want a natural-looking eye.
