Unlike other hospitals, they looked very closely at the strength of my eye opening, which made me trust them. They explained things delicately, like whether incision or non-incision was needed, whether ptosis correction was necessary, and whether secondary canthoplasty was necessary, and it felt a bit like professor style?? They didn't do the line drawing or photoshoot at the first consultation, but kept checking the strength of my eye opening and consulted me while looking directly at my eyes. When I went there, the doctor was also in surgery, but interestingly they didn't guide me straight to a manager consultation; they had me wait until the doctor finished surgery. It seems like it's always doctor first, then manager consultation. The manager showed me lots of before-and-after photos. There was no pressure to book, so it was comfortable.
