I knew it was a factory-style clinic to some extent before going. It was my first dermatology clinic, so I came after hearing only a rough explanation, thinking the machines are all the same anyway. But wow..... I went there to remove dark spots first, and my acne got worse.. A few pimples started popping up, so I asked for an injection for the inflammation, and they gave it to me, but then my acne started flaring up like crazy... But no one could explain why because I only saw the consultation staff and the doctor never explained anything. I bought 8 sessions here, and now I think I have 5 left but when I asked for a refund, they said all the money had already been used because I'd come for 3 sessions already... I'm getting acne treatment somewhere else now, and I don't know what to do.. I also have melasma and dark spots, so I need laser treatment for those anyway but I'm scared that if I go again, the acne will flare up... I'm blaming myself for not knowing anything since it was my first time at a dermatology clinic...
