The director was genuinely kind, clearly said when they did not recommend something, and explained everything in detail. Even when I kept asking about the same thing, they answered kindly, so I didn’t regret the consultation fee. I also liked that they accurately picked up on what needed to be done here even when I didn’t mention the areas I was concerned about. They seem to have a good aesthetic sense. They recommended materials well and didn’t seem to push anything excessively, although the basic cost itself was somewhat high. The coordinator looked a little bothered, but answered everything she needed to. She didn’t feel particularly friendly. The CCTV fee is quite expensive, so keep that in mind. The director was genuinely kind.
