I had non-incisional ptosis correction, but everything came undone, so I had revision surgery. It felt awkward when the crease that had been there disappeared, and when I tried using double-eyelid glue or tape again, I had lost the knack and the symmetry between both sides did not match. I was also worried about sagging skin, so I decided to have revision surgery right away. I had once gone for a consultation at [Clinic A], but I gave up because I wanted a female doctor. However, the reviews of revision surgery were so good, and I remembered that the doctor had not pushed only their own opinion back then, so I went for another consultation this time. The doctor was still the same person, and this time recommended incisional ptosis correction. They said that because my skin was thick, the incision method was necessary to prevent it from coming undone. Canthoplasty was also an option, but I said I was not considering it, and the doctor did not pressure me. I set the surgery date that day and had the operation soon after. It has now been over six months. The crease is clearly in place, and although it was an incision, it looks natural without anything awkward, so I like it. The crease itself may even be prettier than the previous one. This makes makeup easier and feels more worthwhile. I slightly regret not having done it here from the beginning.
