The main points that differed from other hospitals in this hospital's consultation were as follows: 1. Surgery without sedation 2. Nasal packing for two days (until the second day after surgery) 3. About 1 million won more expensive than the average of about 10 other hospitals, plus recommendations for additional procedures... As with the other reviews, the surgeon seemed somewhat insincere and looked like he wanted to finish quickly. While I was consulting with the surgeon, the coordinator also came in, stood beside us, and stared at us (a bit uncomfortable... I've never seen a hospital like this before...). For improving a low nose, the materials would be silicone plus septal cartilage (and ear cartilage if insufficient). Other hospitals also quoted around 4 million won using the same materials, but this place quoted the highest at 5.5 million. Other hospitals said alar reduction was unnecessary because raising the nose would naturally improve the shape of the nostrils, but this was the only place that insisted on doing alar reduction too..; It was not even something I was particularly considering, and I clearly said I would not do it, but they kept saying I should do it later anyway; They said to pay an additional 1.3 million won, which would mean spending nearly 7 million on the first surgery. Ridiculous.. lol Meanwhile, they made a show of saying they would dissolve my filler as a complimentary service... every other hospital does that too. Anyway, I know it is a famous hospital with good skills, but I disliked everything else, so I am hesitant to book.
