First, the clinic was very large, but perhaps because I had made an appointment, there was hardly any wait and I was able to consult quickly. The consultation manager was fairly friendly, and the people at the reception desk were also very kind. I consulted with the director for about 10 minutes. They were not especially friendly, but I liked that they did not push excessive procedures and clearly said what they did and did not recommend. I think they would answer questions well. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and overall I was satisfied with the consultation.
